How to do it.....
First of all the different between the Changes: (click on the Picture to make it bigger)

The Original Graphic all on Ultra Settings:

Low PC Speccs: (more FPS but the Ground Foundations and Walls in distance have less details)

Without Shadows Low and High Settings:

Max PC Speccs: (Less FPS and the Ground Foundations and Walls in distance have all more details)

1.Step: Go in your Game Folder. Open the Engine.ini

Go with your Explorer in:
-> C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\FactoryGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Or Type in your Explorer:
-> %LocalAppData%\ and go in -> FactoryGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

2. Step: Open your Engine.ini

3. Step: Copy one of the settings below and paste them at the top of your Engine.ini:

For More FPS:
If you have activate "Hierarchical Z-Buffer Occlusion" make sure to deactivate it.
It can Improve your FPS alot.

I havent worked on this guide since long time, cause i switched from 1080P to 1440P and my PC-System is also complete Upgraded. I linked my actual Config on the end of the Guide. This looks for me Perfect. here is also the link: https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2935670518 For me it looks Perfect and the codes works fine. But it takes a lot of Performance.

Is this guide relevent anymore? On a new clean install with the all the config files in the AppData\Local\FactoryGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor directory removed, engine.ini is no longer created with a new save. Many of the settings no longer appear to have any effect when executed in the console. The r.fog still seems to work though.

Sry but there is no way to make a guide for every single GPU. This Guide is also not a Perfomance Guide. It was made to have some different graphic then the Original. Since i switched from 1080P to a 1440P Monitor is there no way for me to update this guide right now.

This guide would be better if it didn't ignore that not everyone will be playing on different graphics cards. A different graphic card means a lot of those changes might not even be necessary, or even possible.

You should explain what your settings do and why you're using them, instead of giving a package of non-commented settings and leave the average user in the dark!

PS: for people that enjoy having lower visual noise or have a potato PC, Grass.densityscale=0 disables the tufts of grass, leaving the ground exposed. Some may enjoy it as the exposed ground texture for grass is pretty good overall and there's no randomly plastered sprites with bad shading.

64 AA samples makes no visual difference and is unnecessarily taxing to the performance.
16 samples should be the max. Also take into account that higher than 8 could create additional blurriness.

r.TemporalAAFilterSize is the one that can greatly affect TAA quality. Higher values are blurrier but have less aliasing, while lower values reduce blurriness but increase aliasing. Default is 1, I use 0.9 as that's enough to remove most of the blur with minimal additional aliasing.

Tonemapper.Sharpen is unnecessary and only creates additional artifacting and noise to the scene; r.TemporalAASharpness instead can help remove blurriness without affecting image quality too much. r.TemporalAASharpness=1 gives good image clarity.
