Only those two lines need to be changed. Ensure that you are building the correct dll, generating a ccmod.json, putting the mod in the correct folder, and enabling it in-game.

Great for skirmish you can keep your harveys in your base at all time and still have 4-6 going. missions? got overwhelmed and couldnt build lol i recommend the 25x for missions
