Beskrivelse
Makes every wand except the starting wands have always cast. Enemy health is scaled up to preserve the challenge.

Does this only add modifiers as AC? Or do the non-modifier spells only show up in lower levels?

personally, i think the health scaling is kind of unnecessary for a mod that inherently breaks the intended balance.
separating the effect into another mod would not only preserve this one's cheat-y nature, but also provide a separate challenge mod for those who want a harder experience without having to play/unlock Nightmare.
