Hash and Grog Price Fix

-Price of Grog now 500 cats
-Hash is now 315 cats (1245 at 400%)

After I built my drug empire and started shipping gear from the secret drug farm to Flats Lagoon I found that the sale price of (often illegal) Hash was 775 cats at a 400% markup.

The Grog I brewed on the side was 2.25k cats.

What.

So I went digging to try and flip these values and discovered that the price of items is dictated often by the sum of the resources it costs to make the item +0-100% profit.
So I reduced the price of wheatstraw a little bit and that still didnt work.

The reason why the price of grog is so high is because for some reason on top of wheatstraw being double the price of riceweed/cactus that its the only farming material that had water attatched to it as a material giving it extra value per straw used (uses 15).

AND welp, I bumped up the price of hemp and boosted the profit range of hashish from 20% to 50%.

So there you have it drug runners, now you have a reason to smuggle bus-loads of THC into cities on the backs of dead bandits again.
