So i recently got this bug. It can be caused by a few things, MOSTLY MODS.

But for me that i replaced an outdated Language file with the correct one. What you do, first i removed it and verified files.

And so then i googled around and found you can fix bugs such as this by changing the language and restarting the game and it worked.

So go into "Settings" click on "Game" and change language and restart and it should be fixed!
