I agree and 2nd with Jdogg the Navmesh Optimizer addon is excellent for generating your own navmeshes via console commands, just go sv_generate_navmesh_cheap_expanded or something like that. Then do sv_navmesh_global_auto_merge. This gives the best results. The map will restart upon finishing, navmesh_edit 0 to get rid of the nav mesh editor crap that pops up on your screen as a result. Note I think I spelled the commands wrong but you get the idea.

Anyway this looks like a fun, relaxing map to explore, I like seeing retro and different versions of construct like this, reminds me of the Goldsrc HL1 construct.

VoidLeak there is no Nav Mesh. If you want to create one for NPC's I reccomend Nav Mesh Optimizer. It's a great addon
