Not sure if the following will work to get the tab back in Win 11:

right click on windows button in bottom left corner, and select file explorer.
select your (C:) drive to bring up root on the right side and select program files(x86)
open steam folder, open steam apps folder, open common folder.
Open the YDKJ_VOL1XL folder and right click on the YDKJV1.EXE located at the bottom of the list
select properties, click on compatability tab at the top, select run in 640x480 screen resolution and run as administrator.
select apply, and then ok.
