Converts seat's forward/backward and left/right controls to 4 separate +1 outputs

Yes, sadly, at the moment, it is not possible to differentiate if output from the seat stopped because key was released, or the opposite direction key was pressed at the same time.

I doubt there is a way to fix this but if you press w and s or a and d at the same time it cancels out.
