As I play there are questions i am coming across where this is little or no information, what little i find is scattered across the web so Ill post it here for others and test it as i go. if something is wrong or missing feel free to leave a comment and ill change/add it.

There are better guides for weapon crafting but as a general rule:

3 ingots - Great Hammers, Great Swords, Double handed axes, Pickaxes. generally require double hand grips.

1 ingot - Daggers

2 ingots - everything else

Crafted hammers show up as "Mallets", but when a customer request a one handed hammer its still the same.

Quality seems to have no value on sale price atm. So spending time sharpening a blade for extra quality will not net a higher price.

Chrisma and rush bonus ( time you take to fill the customer order) will be the greatest consistent influence on price.

Having pre-made ready weapons to sell can help maximize rush bonus. There are some post that claim that a premade weapon sells for less than one made after the order is placed... untested atm.

Leaving pre-made weapons near a customer may result in the customer stealing the weapon and paying little to nothing for it. verified, doesnt even have to be near little bastard jacked a dagger clear on the other end of the room.....

The mini-game to increase quality on am anvil can be done repeatedly, 5 times i believe, with each boost stacking on top of the previous, so if you nail it right you can add +25 to weapon quality. This is important for arming your adventurer.

ores rank

Coal/Carbon -> Copper -> Tin -> Bronze -> Zinc -> Brass -> Iron -> Steel -> Adelite -> Mithril -> Adamantine -> Titanium

supposedly you can sell a customer a lower tier weapon or one teir higher than requested. tested
Sold a customer asking for a copper axe a tin one, However, the customer paid the same price for the tin axe that he would pay for the copper. So i wasted tin ingots for the price of a copper ingot.

so if a customer ask for a tin weapon you can sell them a copper one instead saving while still receiving the money you would get for a tin weapon. This does not apply to special orders where they ask for x guard or x grip to be added

grips and guards bought from the blacksmith shop are sold at cost meaning you make 0 profit off of it. You do get them ever so slightly cheaper from the geoffrys shop, not much though.

Your last picture there shows the total sale price as 499 Copper, so no, you didn't waste tin. You got paid twice what the two bars were worth, actually, which is about ten times that of copper. Other than that, thank you for taking the time to make this wonderful short guide!

Does anyone know what the horses or deers (not sure which one) in the forest do?

Also, I'm pretty certain alloying is broken at the moment, so you get 0 quality ingots from alloying stuff, and it appears to give infinite ingots when melting ingots and alloying.

I believe the repair fee is to prevent you from getting a bunch of basically free money, and selling one tier up no longer gives you the amount you would get for their request. I'm pretty sure the same can be said for lower tiers as well. Also, for the 1 ingot, there is all the shield bits except the rim.

i had the same thing from time to time, i think it has to do with you changing the head. like they brought you sword blade A to repair and you heated it and changed it to Sword blade B so they charged you for giving them the wrong blade back.

i keep getting a fee on repair service. do you know why that is happening?
