Exotic Trader Variety

this is a quick little thing that ups the variety of items that exotic traders can have

no cover image because i made this in like 10 mins and that'd be more effort than the rest of the mod :P

what it actually does

changes the ThingDefCountRange for orbital exotic traders to 9~15, from 3~5
changed the ThingDefCountrange for outlander exotic traders to 9~9, from 3~3
does not affect shaman traders as they do not carry "exotic" items
