Is there any way to control the eyeblinking in a sense and stop it from animating constantly? Or is that a no?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but he currently doesn't have any Bodygroups. The eye file you're seeing probably has something to do with the blinking animation.

How can I change bodygroups? I see tr0013_00_eye.vtf file, but using Bodygroup Tool doesn't work.
