Basically windows key+r , then type regedit
Navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Moon Studios\OriAndTheWilloftheWisps
Set Screenmanager Fullscreen mode_h3630240806 to 0

This probably can increase your fps and fix your stuttering.

Never mind. Turns out I had to launch the game before the registry entries showed up.

@60fps limit + vsync, the game was having stutters.
Then I set ,my monitor to 144Hz, set fps limit to 120Fps, and vsync off, the game ran much smoother. I used to get around 70-90 FPS but still the game ran without minor stutters. I think you should limit fps with limiter in game and don't use vsync at all.

I think this worked, I am getting 120 FPS on average, even during boss fights. It was my computer! Sorry for the misunderstanding, this tutorial is awesome.

hmm tried this and mine was already 0 by default.
didnt have a problem running the game was just curious haha thanks anyways ive seen you post about alot of stuff.

It can mean a lot of things pirilon but if you have a low spec computer and it doesnt meet the requirements than its normal for the game to not launch.
