BRO solaire is EVERYWHERE dodging enemies

Easiest boss fight in game she has weak poise and generally slow attacks, if you really wanna cheese the fight you can parry her for 1 hit with most weapons.

Rei isn't even that hard once you realise that she has no poise, though some of her attacks (particularly the Weapon Art: Halve Man) have hyperarmour.

I do understand why people raged about this enemy (since they were INT babies who never learned to dodge) as her AI is good enough to make use of her block, which is designed to deflect magic back at the user while being ineffective against physical attacks.
