Killer Idea: The Tyrant (AKA Mr. X)
By Ultimate
My take on what I think The Tyrant (AKA Mr. X) from the resident Evil series would be like if he was to be implemented into Dead By Daylight as a killer, using superhuman strength and pure moxie to hunt down his victims.

The Tyrant: Lore
Lore:
The year is 1998, the once peaceful Raccoon City had been subjected to what seemed like Hell-on Earth as a fractious epidemic swept the streets over the course of several days and any hope for survivors had dropped to a bleak percentage. The mayor, seeing no other option, declared martial law in the city in an attempt to control the fateful calamity, national guard and police locked down every entrance and exit alike preventing anyone from leaving or entering. The Police, national guard and even Umbrella's own USS and Biohazard Countermeasure struggled with conviction to contain or at the very least control the spreading chaos.

The Umbrella Corporation sent in their forces under the pretense that they were to aid police and rescue citizens, as well as fight off the endless horde of zombies, certain operatives had been sent into the field with the task of obtaining crucial research material, valuable assets, eliminating potential threats, hidden traitors and also discriminating documents,

One such asset was the Golgotha Virus, abbreviated as the G-Virus, which was desired by Umbrella. Even just a sample was all they needed to accomplish their plans, the only problem was getting said sample. In order to obtain such a fatal virus they designated Colonel Sergei Vladimir, captain of the guard, command over six tyrants created by the corporation to complete missions vital to Umbrella's success.

One such tyrant, T-00 (AKA Mr. X), was flown over the city and dropped near the R.P.D (Raccoon Police Department) with two mission in mind. First, it was to eliminate any remaining Survivors inside the R.P.D, due to the fact Umbrella were uncertain of anyone being left alive inside or not. Second, it was to collect a sample of the G-Virus and return it to a designated pick-up point.

Upon entering the building and eliminating the few remaining survivors inside, the Tyrant ran into a young, fresh faced police officer. With a cool, calm and collected face the young cop began to open fire on the behemoth of a man hustling towards him with a simple, yet ghastly aura, unable to damage the Tyrant with bullets the police officer fell back to recollect his thoughts and devise a strategy to bring down this monster before he was to suffer the same fate as his colleagues.

Umbrella, seemingly disgruntled that their pawn had failed to report on its success or even worse, its failure, ordered Sergei to send in another tyrant to retrieve the G-Virus with utmost haste before the outbreak ceased and their chance of success diminishing. The Tyrant had no issue retrieving a sample without much hassle and discovered the police station in great turmoil, furniture destroyed, walls collapsed and empty bullet casings scattering the halls, yet no sign of T-00 or survivors anywhere to be found.

Your inhuman strength is more than enough to deal with anyone or anything that might stand in your way, you know a feeble wall when you see one and collapsing these walls is a great way to gain the upper hand during a chase or locating pesky survivors.

- Grants the ability to bust through highlighted walls generated across the trial.

- The power gauge gains 1 token(s) every time a survivor is hooked, you can earn up to 2 stackable tokens without the use of addons, start the trial with 1 free charge to Tyrant Carnage. Tyrant Carnage has a cooldown of 50/40/30 seconds between uses.

- A total of 7 destructible walls will spawn throughout the trial without the use of addons and spawn randomly throughout the trial, destructible walls auras are visible regardless of whether or not Tyrant Carnage has any tokens or is on cooldown. Once a wall has been collapsed its aura will still be visible to The Tyrant.

- Survivors can rebuild collapsed walls with a toolbox but only one survivor may work on a wall at any given time. If a survivor cancels the rebuild animation, fails a skill check or is interrupted the timer for rebuilding is set back to zero and the animation will have to be restarted from the beginning. it Isn't possible to hit great skill checks during the rebuild animation as the process only allows for good skill checks. It takes a survivor 12 seconds to rebuild a collapsed wall.

- When The Tyrant is collapsing a wall he raises both hands above his head and swings down, creating a sizable hole in the wall that both The Tyrant and survivors can traverse through. The animation cannot be cancelled once it has reached the 2.5 seconds mark and takes 5 seconds to accomplish, this time can be reduced through teachable perks from other killers. the sound effect for collapsing a wall can be percieved map wide.

New Realm: Raccoon Police Department (R.P.D)
Raccoon Police Department, a staple of justice within raccoon city, its very presence deters criminals from chasing the life of crime and those who follow through with their endeavours will find themselves spending time within the confinement of the R.P.D jail cells. However, since the violent outbreak of the T-Virus on the streets of the once great city the halls of the R.P.D are now empty and pitch black, the faintest noise being that of large footsteps growing ever closer...

(Note: PC sucks and couldn't get images to load so just look up The R.P.D on google scrubs :P)
Animation Ideas
Basic Attack:
After hitting a survivor with its basic attack, The Tyrant could do 1 of 3 things to start the cooldown giving the survivors time to escape

1. He would raise his right hand and crack his knuckles.

2. He would wipe the blood on his left sleeve.

3. He would shake his right hand to get the blood off.

Mori:

The animation would start with a low angle shot near the survivors head, they would roll onto their back and put up their right hand as if to say "leave me alone!" while slowly crawling back. The Tyrant, lacking any kind of emotion or feelings for that matter, would menacingly walk over to the survivor and pick them up by the face while we get the same angle of them but all we see is their dangling legs. Next angle would be of both The Tyrant and the survivor, while the survivor desperately tries to hit The Tyrant to escape, it would take a good look at them struggling before raising them even higher and then suddenly slamming them into the ground head first. This would leave a reasonably sized crack in the ground while also creating a very loud THUD sound that could be heard map wide, alerting the other survivors to the threat of the mori while also killing the survivor instantly.
Conclusion
I didn't make this guide in an attempt to get this killer added to DBD, it was just a fun little project I've been brainstorming for a few days. Bare in mind the lore may not be perfect due to the fact it isn't my own creation so getting all the correct info together took quite some time, especially for someone who doesn't have much backstory at all.

The perks were made up with the idea off being strong but hard to pull off, whether or not I got them right is up to you guys to decide, it isn't like I'm on the development team or have any experience making perks so how well they would operate is up to you.

I was going to add a survivor to go with it but I wanted to see how the killer alone went among you guys so if the guide does well I may or may not add the survivor but that is to be decided at a later date. If you made it this far I thank you sincerely and I hope you enjoyed my idea :)

My Second Killer Idea: The Starved
If you enjoyed this idea then you might also be interested in my other killer idea, this one is my very own creation and (In my opinion) beats this one out the park in almost all aspects, give it a read!

dope. should hold survivor by the neck, then slam him onto the hook when caught.
ironminer93 28 Feb, 2020 @ 3:48pm
you forget to mention that there are many possibilities, survivors being hit at the start of the game and instantly being hooked, kinda makes puts instant pressure on survs, as well as being at a healthy state just to be instantly grabbed feels like you wasted time healing or even bringing any type of healing medkit, sure a 5/10/15% sounds low but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ iv hit 4% on hooks a lot more. if it can go up to 15% and a killer understands basic looping, he'll just get free grabs at random. another question, does the grab go through bt

Perk two seems abit too strong, 5/10/15% to grab at any health state is bs
