How to fix missing Steam.dll
By Concon
There is a bug where if you just downloaded the game it says, "Could not find Steam.dll" so, this is how to fix that. (Note: This was done on Windows 10, I don't know if this will work on older/newer systems.)

Step 1
First, open File Explorer, and go to the section with this icon.
Step 2
Then, open the folder named "Program Files (x86)"
Step 3
Now, find the folder named "Steam" and find Steam.dll, then copy it.
Step 4
Scroll back up, and find "steamapps"
Then, open "common"
Step 5
Finally, find the "Plants vs Zombies" folder and paste Steam.dll into it. When you're done, it should look like this.

I had this issue. All I did was shut steam down in the background and re-open and it seemed to fix the issue.
