Unity Coop

Omschrijving
Unity Coop is designed to be used for playing coop / adventure maps, available from other authors, in a way semi-faithful to Half-Life 2. It is intended to be lightweight and act as a way for friends who want a more immersive experience than sandbox, alongside some extra gameplay features to add to the coop experience. There are many customization options that can be accessed via the gmod map select or during gameplay through the in-game menu on F1 by the host / admin.

Features:
  • Adjustable difficulty that uses damage scaling the same as hl2.
  • Option to use the HEV Suit system (Stamina, flashlight charge, etc.)
  • A few console commands to help with certain situations.
  • Playermodel customization that is local to the gamemode, with the ability to lock models to only hl2 rebels.
  • Hardcore Mode, restarts the map if all players are dead to add stakes.
  • Option to give Gravity Gun on spawn for compatibility with certain maps.
  • Along side other additions.

That is a best coop mode out there.
Two things tho. First, level transitions, there is none. And second - bodygroups on player models. Cause a lot of custom player models rely on body groups, default sandbox have it, and it would be nice to have it here as well.
Everything else is a top notch work, good stuff man

Thank you so much for creating this and updating. I enjoy creating half life 2 maps with hammer and this is probably the best coop gamemode that I've found for gmod. This allows me to do exactly what I want and lets me play with friends. For example, for awhile I gave up trying to make cooperative maps in gmod because for some reason the triggers that gave weapons to the players at the start of the match, that worked in hl2/ep2, and sandbox mode, refused to work at all. I thought about creating my own out of annoyance but decided to try this. I'm so happy. thank you :CheerfulBonnibel::ShinyHeart:

Is it possible to disable the respawn option?

I having troubles picking up ammo if using ARCCW weapons (when picking up error shows. Items go to Null). And any kind of respawning does not work after death of all players, just nothing. Stayed dead untill manual restart. Otherwise - best coop
