Armor
To prepare to defeat the eye of cthulu, you must have defeated the moon lord at least 3 times, in order to obtain all pieces of luminite for your chosen class.

Potions
Make sure to have at least a full stack of ironskin, regeneration, obsidian skin, stink, gender change and love potions, and at least 5 stacks of lesser healing potions.

Wings
either obtain the solar wings if you have enough luminite left, or if you prepare to use a mount for mobility, try using the Drill Containment Unit.

Accesories
you should have the following accesories:

-solar wings / lucky horshoe
- worm scarf
- radar
- shark tooth necklace
- aglet (make sure it is at least armored)
- if in expert, use your 6th accesory slot for the ginger beard, to taunt the eye of cthulu, and fool it into thinking you are honeydew from the yogscast, scaring the eye and lowering it's defense.

Note: Vanity Slots

A quick note to make on vanity slots is that they should all be used, with no empty space, as empty slots are a show of weakness. Make sure to dye all your gear to fill more slots, ideally with negative or silver dye.

Weapons

Weapon prep isnt that complicated, just get your corresponding weapon from the Moon Lord for your class, namely:

Melee - Meowmere, Czar Wrath

Ranger - Celebration, do not use the SDMG, as the eye of cthulu is a fast boy, and will dodge you with epic mad gamer skills, and the celebration's explosion radius will negate this

Mage - Last Prism, with 1 mana potion. you wont need many more, because the eye of cthulu will give you mana in the form of stars, dropped by him due to generosity, as mage is Re-logic's faveroite class.

Summoner: Rainbow crystal staff. For your minion slots, use the imp staff, as it sprays fire, which is the only thing litter than the eye itself.

Throwing: imagine playing throwing lmao

Size

Upgrade your old eye of cthulu arena from pre=hardmode with campfires, traps, ideally from the lihzard temple, and honey. extend the platforms, with teleporters at either side.

Minecart
If you have the mechanical minecart, trash it, as it is dumb and ugly, and will deduct gamer points from your final score. Instead, use the metal minecart as it is much cooler, and inspired from the minecraft one.
