The 4th chapter of the Leon's campaign, after the battle with Ustanak,
at the entrance to the market (fictional) of the Chinese city of Langshiang.
The name of the Web Badge is the easter egg to the KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) restaurant chain, the letter “L” instead of “K” probably means “Langshiang” instead of “Kentucky”.

Unlock the Perfect Attendance Web Badge.
(Logged in every day for 365 days)
And do not just log in, but log in every time, that is, click "Log in".
If after that you were given a bonus of +500 Points + another "Continued login bonus",
which after six days in a row will also always be +500 Points, that means, in total you will receive +1000 Points, then today you did everything right - and so daily, throughout the whole year.
If you logged in and didn't receive the "Continued login bonus",
then you missed a day or more - Sadly, you'll have to start all over again.

It is not clear which of Icons correspond to the Balanced 1/2/3 Web Badges.
I'm also not sure for 100% exactly that Whooper unlocked
with earning Friend or foe? Web Badge. But by the method of exclusion only it remains.

Finally. I will not go into details, but many of the Icons I don't have, but their images are
in the guide, as you can see. How did it happen? The fact is that I found (thanks to the site
of Web Archive and the function of viewing the site structure and the files available on it)
the web addresses of almost all of the needed images.
Besides the default Icon with the URL - simple:

all the rest have URLs like this:
https://www.residentevil.net/image/collection/icon/0001y6gG.jpg
(a few letters/numbers at the end after "00xx", where xx is the Icon's number, from 0001 to 0051). I.e. all of the Icons are numbered from 0 to 51 - and it turns out that there are 52 in total. But on the Web Archive, not all of the images and not all of the addresses,
just only those that uploaded by users. But I found some of the missing in other places.
And at the moment there are not present Icons with the conditional numbers 39, 40, 44 and 45. I would simply substitute these numbers at the end of one of the known URLs, but
because there are also several random letters/numbers at the end - you can’t guess the address. It is only known that one of these Icons is Whooper.

But how then the three missing ones look?, and whether they exist at all?, or the URL ending with "0039 ...", "0040 ...", "0044 ..." and "0045 ..." doesn't exist in principle - it isn't known.
Of course, apart from the fact that one of them is Whooper. It's about the other three.
