[TFA] Persistent Attachments

Beskrivning
ATTENTION: This addon is OBSOLETE and is no longer being maintained.
TFA Base now has it's own attachment persistence system which can be enabled with the console command "cl_tfa_attachments_persist_enabled", making this addon completely useless. I recommend you use their system as it's much less clunky than this addon.


Originally started as a modification of a pre-existing addon,
has now been completely rewritten from scratch!
Each weapon has it's AttachmentCache table converted to JSON format,
then written to a file under the 'data/tfa_attachmentstorage' directory.
This allows it to not only work in single player, but also on servers that also have the addon installed!
