It should work only for GTA:V, story mode. Online GTA:O and RD:O are tied to your Social Club progress.... so unless you can get hacking, nothing will happen.... xwx

I dont wanna spoil the ending for you. 😅

It is on top of the mountain where Arthur dies/killed by Micah. 😭 That mountain is overlooking the valley where the third base is.
