Sound: You don't need a good Headset but it can give you an advantage in order to hear every shot, every step and every breath. A thing, many people don't know that sounds in Rainbow Six:Siege always take the shortest way to you. For example: You are in a room with only one door. If someone is running outside of it, you would hear his steps from the direction where the door is, even if he is on the complete other side of it. But if you now hit little holes into the walls around you, you would hear the sound from the hole that is next to the guy running outside. So you can create holes to be able to locate enemys more precisely by the sounds they make.

Keyboard/Mouse: It's not true that a expensive keyboard and mouse gives you an advantage. Cheap ones may have a little input lag but normaly you should do just fine with everything you want.

YES most parts of my setup are from Razer and NO it wasn't my plan to buy so much Razer stuff. But you know.... After buying one thing there is no stop. :D

1.Step: Choose an Operator that fits your playstyle. There is no better way to find out which are best for you, than trying out everyone. Be sure to not always use the same operator. It may happen that this one operator you normal use gets banned or another player is faster and takes it before you can get it! You should have several operators, you're able to play with.


2.Step: Use your barricades and reinforcements to save the objective.


3.Step: Try to destroy enemies drones.

4.Step: Use traps to make the live of enemys horrible, but make sure if a trap goes of i doesn't destroy a teammates gadget or injure them(or you).


5.Step: Now decide if you want to stay at the objective, hide near to it in order to flank attackers, or roam. Last one means you hide somwhere where they don't expect you. Above the objectice for example.


6.Step: Check the cameras. Pro Tip: Don't tag enemys because they will know you saw them. Just tell your teammates where they are! (or use the yellow ping)

7.Step: If you killed somebody it is often a good idea to change your position so enemys don't know exactly where you are.

8.Step: Defending sounds like a lot of camping but that's not always true. When moving around, be sure to check every angle and have a look for claymores!

9.Step: After you won write something like GG, WP, or Good One in the global chat.

2.Step: Use your drone to locate the objective. After you or somebody else found it, have a look for roamers(don't tag them). It will give you a huge advantage later in game.


3.Step: Get inside the building but be aware of traps or enemys trying to spawnkill you. Attack multiple doors/windows.

4.Step: Take out the cameras so they don't see you any more. (If you're playing Nøkk ignore this step)

5.Step: Go around(silent) and have a look for roamers.

6.Step:(If you haven't killed all enemys yet) Plant the defuser and protect it. It's often a good idea to not hide at the objective. Play on time and when there is no more left they will probably rush.


7.Step: After you won write something like GG, WP, or Good One in the global chat.
