Bigger Brushes

Increases max paint and asset brush size by 4x, in game and in editor. Larger sizes *will* lag, which is probably why the size is so limited in the first place.

I left terrain brushes alone because any bigger than the editor max size was basically unusable even on an i7-8700k @ 4.7GHz
