Played it on a Tandy TX 1000 for thousands of hours in late 80's as well along with all the other Microprose games. Kept playing it for a long time, going as far as getting external floppy drives so i could play on my 5 1/4's still as you had to boot from it to play.

This brings back fond memories. I played this game on an Apple //c. It was not quite as smooth.

My first PC was in the late 80's (Tandy EX 1000) and this was one of the first PC games I played as a child.

Thank you for sharing this video with us! :cozyspaceengineersc: It is always nice to see the "One and Only", the original classic.

Though - as can be seen in this footage too - the original C64 version is unbeatable. It has the same graphics, but way better sound. (Also, the Amiga version is exceptional.) :cozyrealmroyale:

But if someone wishes to "live the legend" on modern PCs, I suggest this for a check, because is contains everything this wondeful game is all about. :warlockchest:

If you like (seems you do) the original one, please have a look at my review here: https://steamproxy.com/profiles/76561198037723113/recommended/3920/

Maybe reading that brings back some nostalgy for you too... ;-)
