[PHOTON] 2021 Cybertruck CHP

Description
Well. I did it. I uploaded a 2021 Cybertruck CHP vehicle. Im not a big fan of this CHP vehicle but CHP made a sketch and i edited it a little and made it in gmod. Why why why why did i do this?

Are you considering incorporating equipment customization? For instance, the ability to change the main lightbar, or add secondary (interior) lightbars.

Also, please consider adding indicators and a brake light to the vehicle... for RP purposes.

I managed to get the CHP skin by redownloading this mod, (a Sinfphys vehicle was overwriting the skin), but I've noticed I'm missing a model right on the front. I'm assuming it's suppose to be a pushbar. I am subscribed to all marked dependencies, I just double-checked.
