RICO and Real Pop Revisited gives this building, High Residential level 5, construct 10, 98 homes, It's a 4x4 base but over hangs.
So you'll technically want to "Move It" into a space that's 5x3, which are it's minimums.
It's slightly taller than the Statue of Liberty's torch Unique building.
(The D2 building has 122 homes and is as tall as the Transport Tower under unique buildings II, if you own that DLC)
