Описание
This is a 2x4 straight L1 Commercial High building based on the Hugo Boss store in Barcelona. It works best as a wall-to-wall building.

It is part of my Flagship Store collection. Please support the collection by giving it a thumbs up!

Main Model: 3,549 tris / 1,024x1,024 texture / diffuse, illumination, specular, alpha, normal mapsGlass (incorporated into main model): 10 tris / 64x64 texture / diffuse, specular, alpha maps  
Custom LOD:  272 tris / 128x128 texture / diffuse, illumination, specular, alpha maps
Model made with Blender

Screenshots were taken with  Photorealistic_lut_Final_by_Reaper which I highly recommend. The asset has been fine-tuned for saturation and brightness but please feel free to leave me suggestions and I will consider tweaking it in further updates.

Of course, if you encounter any issues in-game, please post it below and I'll do my best to fix it!

That is a lot to load up just to poke around :D I haven't watched every contestant's videos to see if they show one of those scenes (they had to build a university in the city and focus their work there).
