I found a good place for Rebound King achievement. First, you have to unlock the Void mode.

After you unlock it, go to City part II where a giant snail is moving around and lots of turrets are on the ceiling.

(again City part II must be on Void mode because on normal mode you can't activate the turrets)

Kill the giant snail first and put green color on the ground.

Bullets will be bouncing around like crazy. When the bullets bounce once, turn off the power.

Repeat this process until you have one bullet remaining and bouncing vertically.

Then all you have to do is wait for the achievement to pop up.
