A guide to the community guides of RO.
Being an old school MMORPG, there are many aspects of RO that it is up to the player to learn about, to encourage discovery and collaboration. For this purpose, there are some fantastic guides with useful hints and tips that have been created by our community to help out new players or for general reference.

I'd like to spotlight the best of these today, many of these guides and tips can be found on our forums.[forums.warpportal.com]

Essential Resources

The fan-edited and maintined iROwiki[irowiki.org] has lots of information about the game including walkthroughs for quests, detailed information about game systems and classes, and a database for monsters, maps and items in the game.

We have a compilation of game guide in this section of our forum here[forums.warpportal.com]

Merchant class characters can open shops to sell vendable items to other players, this is the backbone of the ingame economy. http://ragial.com/ is a market monitoring site that has frequently updated information on what items in the game are selling for.

Since you are free to assign stat and skill points freely, it can be a head-scratcher to decide what build to go with. There is a section of the forums for discussing and posting character builds in This section[forums.warpportal.com] of the forums.

Terms and abbreviations used in RO[forums.warpportal.com]: Like most MMOs, there is a lot of lingo in the game that might be difficult for a new player to pick up.
