40K Thunderhawk Gunship

Perhaps more than any other singe vechile, the Thunderhawk Gunship is the lynchpin of the Space Marine Chapter. Combining oribital drop ship, gunship and medium bomber roles, it is a Chapter's fleet of Thunderhawks that allows its forces to assault anywhere on a planet's surface from strike cruisers in orbit.

This build of a Space Marine Thunderhawk Gunship can transport 30 Kerbals into the heat of battle from orbit. It is capable of atmospheric flight where it is relatively aerodynamically stable or space flight. It cannot reach SSTO without fuel mods/cheats but should be capable of reentry and landing. VTOL capabilities have not been implemented currently.
