Weapon Detector

Adds new SWEP called "Weapon Detector".

It's very simple really,all instructions in swep description.

Allows to check other player weapons, or strip weapons from him.

There is four command that allow to work with weapon whitelist (weapons that cannot be stripped)

sv_weaponwhitelist_add <name> == Add weapon in whitelist (BY CLASS!)

sv_weaponwhitelist_remove <name> == Removes weapon from whitelist (BY CLASS!)

sv_weaponwhitelist_list == Shows weapons that currently in whitelist

sv_weaponwhitelist_default == Reset Whitelist by default values (tool gun,phys gun,camera,and hands)
