Launch a baby at another player!

Credits

This is a fixed version of the infamous BBY Launcher. It will now shop up when identifying corpses and the person using it will be recognized as the killer. This is important for normal play, because otherwhise you will not get credits and points for your kills. It is also important for TTT2, because some roles require this information to work properly (See [TTT2] Unknown for example).
