In theory it should, so, I'd say yes.
Not really, no. Although that is up to the mod author. :)
The mod is finally back in action! Code-wise, everything's been moved to a brand new component, meaning that the mod actually works, savegame incompatibilities have been fixed, and basically should produce no errors whatsoever.
If they still do, let me know and I'll try and pull out some more hairs as I try to fix the issues.

I just tested reloading saves with it on, and frankly, I don't get the same issue. I would imagine that the mod has been unloaded at some point, and you'd need to find a save at which point you actually had the mod on.
