" Mercer, the leader of Settlement No. 5. Half of his body is implants inserted into him by scientists from a planet that more developed in technology. He hides himself under the hooded cape most of the time, not wanting to trigger the fear of mechanoids (robots) at his settlement. But uses this factor to maintain peace with other colonies.
