Sydney Terraces 1 [DEPRECATED]

This is the first in a series of assets I'll be working on - low residential houses that resemble terraces found around Sydney's inner-west and inner-south suburbs. There is a lot of variety in these terraces, both structurally and cosmetically, which I'll be trying to capture. This one is based off the terraces along the first hundred meters of Cleveland Street, if you're curious.

This item includes two low residential growables - Sydney Terrace 1a and Sydney Terrace 1b. They have some subtle structural differences, and separate colour variations. Each of them also shares three distinct submeshes, which you can access with the Building Variations mod. Combining all these configurations you can get 24 slightly different versions of the same building! (Note: each building has a different default variation so of you choose not to subscribe to Building Variations you could still squeeze 8 configurations from this 🙂)

No props are included in this item - vanilla or otherwise. Do your own decorating! I was considering leaving the fences off also, let me know if you have a preference on this.

To my frustration, the game automatically determines the number of households in a growable.. so although this is a pair of terraces, it only shows up as one household :(

Each of the buildings use the same texture, and each of the variation submeshes also use the same shared texture, so LSM should be used!
