If you are Medusa, claim Survivor at D1.
All investigative roles(Consigliere, Investigator, Sheriff, Potion Master), maybe a Tracker or Lookout, even sometimes an Ambusher or Plaguebearer will visit you.
You will kill these people and gain achievement.

It worked for me :)
When i claim surv as medusa, i always kill 1 or 2 people at first night. But you are right, they are dumbass xD

Well this is kinda obvious, just hope each and every role is a dumbass and visit you at the same night. Same goes for other achievements, like killing 3 in one night as Veteran.
