Introduction
A simple screenshot guide to get the diamonds in Chapter 4 - Threat from Beyond.

For spoiler reasons, I would recommend you get Diamonds 1 through 7 first without looking at Diamonds 8 through 23.
Diamond #1
Location: Caravan

On the caravan right before Ragnick flees with the lady, there is the first diamond.
In order to uncover it, you need to destroy the spiky wheel protector.

Location: Underground Temple

Super simple. Just crack the wall to the left of the rope before climbing all the way up.
Diamond #3
Location: Underground Temple

Also simple. When you are going down the elevator, there will be a Fire Belly enemy. The diamond is behind him.

Location: Underground Temple

After the elevator, you will continue downwards. On the bottom, instead of going right (where all the bats are), go left. In the leftmost column, there is a diamond. Use your aerial down smash to get it.

There will be an area with four elevators, a sentry, and a spitting red cobra. The diamond is behind the cobra.

It is at the end of this room. After the second Fire Belly, and right before you enter the next room, you can find a diamond.

When you meet your first Fire Belly, break open the wall to the left.

Location: Main Deck

When you see the conveyor belt that travels in a circle, ride it. The diamond will be in the upper left corner.

In the very long horizontal room with the two conveyor belts, the diamond is inside one of the columns. It should be in the first column after the Needlers start attacking. The diamond will be on the right side of the column.

Super simple diamond, except that it is a little tedious trying to break it open. Just fall down, shoot it, climb back up, and then repeat the process.

Location: Bird Room

In the second part of the bird room, near the end, there are two breakable blocks. You need to shoot the bottom breakable block so that you can jump up and blast open the top breakable block, which is where the diamond is.

Location: Research Lab

This particular spot is in the first room, in-between the first and second Tiny clones.

In the second room, there are three clone vats right next to each other. Get rid of the two clones inside of them, and then snag the diamond.

This location is guarded by two turrets. The diamond is located behind the lower of the two turrets.

This is located in the left wall over a whole bunch of electricity.

Location: Victory Path

In the first room of Victory Path, there will be a large gap that you'll need to cross to get the diamond. Warning: If you fall down the pit, there is no way back up, except for dying.

At some point in the second room, there will be a shipping crate. To the left of the shipping crate, there is a diamond hidden in the wall of the highest stair.

Location: Dark Circuits

After you see your first Patrol Robo (the large purple invulnerable robot), you'll eventually see a turret blasting at you from your left. The diamond is behind that turret.

Location: Dark Circuits

This one is a bit nasty.

You will find this long winding shape of exploding blocks. You'll need to hit the vulnerable exploding block, and then wait as the blocks explode. The diamond is in the right wall above the final row of exploding blocks.
After you get the diamond, look below. you'll see a coin somewhere below you. You have to land on that coin, or else you'll fall into a bottomless pit.

Location: Energy Passage

There is a part where you have to climb a series of downward moving conveyor platforms. This particular conveyor belt is guarded by two turrets. After defeating the turrets, climb as high as you can go. The diamond is hidden in the left wall.

Location: Energy Passage

The diamond is located directly after the first vertical electricity field.

You can reach it by jumping on top of the mech's back, hovering as high as you can go, and then jumping off the mech at the peak of your hover.

Note: To get the maximum height on the mech's hover, you should immediately start hovering after jumping.

Alternatively, you can reach it by dash jumping off of the column to the right of it.

Note: To dash with the mech, double-tap the forward button.

Location: Energy Passage

After the first time you are forced to separate from the mech in order to break a wall, you'll see a drop guarded by an electrical field and a turret on the other side. The diamond is behind the turret. To reach the other side, you need to destroy the turret and then dash jump over the gap to the other side. Don't forget to hover.

Note: To dash with the mech, double-tap the forward button.
Diamond #23
Location: Energy Passage

This is in the final location where you need to split from the mech in order to break a wall. There will be a turret firing at you. The diamond is hidden behind the turret.
