-Only play Office,Dust 2 or Mirage
-Do not be a part of the Communtiy so don't create Guides, Maps, ....

-Do not speak English ingame or say nothing to your m8's
-Troll or play like a bot so you get a low rank
-If you deranked 2-3 times or got a ranke in Silver you can start playing
-If in the enemy team are 1-2 Russians or Persons from Turkey try to aim good so they report you
-Keep trolling your m8's a little bit but get not kicked


If you playing with Friends:
-Type +forward and +back in console
Stay afk so the randoms report you

Just play on Dust 2 or Office with a Smurf
