Just complete the intro and you are done.

This is the second story achievement and is unlocked by completing the first act.
You get the achievement after completing mission Nr. 7 The Temple.

This is another story achievement and is unlocked by completing the second act.
You get the achievement after completing mission Nr. 20 Holey Mountain.

This one is unlocked by completing the game and beating the final boss.
You get the achievement after completing mission Nr. 37 Marie.

Redline is unlocked by completing mission 36 The Race.
There is a glitch where you can just turn around at the start, drive over the finish line and the round counter goes up. Repeat this until the race is finished.

Just kill three enemies with a grenade. I'd recommend to use the grenade on a gang. Gangs are walking around all over Tokyo. They are usually in groups of four to six and are marked on the map with a red dot, which also floats right above there head. You also get a money drop by eliminating them.

In order to unlock this achievement you need to throw a grenade in a basketball hoop.

There are cash drops all over the map and you need to collect every one of them. Cash drops from eliminating gangs do not count towards this achievement.
You can get to most of the cash drops by jumping from a higher place. Sometimes you need to ride one of the hovering vehicles, but in one case you need the jetpack (the one atop the church).

Reach the highest level of cop drop. Basically like reaching six stars in GTA. The best locations to do this are the town center and the forest at the bottom of the holy mountain, because there is a lot of cover. The achievement will pop when you reach level 7.

Use your binoculars to look at all the tourism sights and then left click.

Kill every bad guy on every mission.

Unlock all secret portals. There are switches and floating targets scattered all around Tokyo. You need to activate them in a specific order to unlock the portals. The switches require you to stand on, while the floating targets only need to be shot.

Collect all cat skins. These can be found all around the city or are bought in shops.

Collect all coats. Coats are found all over the city or you can buy them in shops. The Samaceshi coat from the dlc doesn't count towards this achievement.

Collect all the weapons. You unlock weapons by buying them in shops or completing secret tasks. This is a list of all weapons, but keep in mind that the four dlc exclusive weapons are not required in order to get this achievement.
