~chopped jalapeno

~enough butter to cover the bread and bottom of a frying pan

~2 slices of bread

~2 slices cheddar cheese

~In a bowl, combine cream cheese, and jalapeño

~create the sandwich by placing the slices of cheddar cheese and the mixture from the bowl between the slices of bread

~Butter the outside of the slices of bread and the bottom of the frying pan

~place the sandwich in a frying pan over medium low heat. Do not overcrowd pan.

~Press down slightly on the sandwich with spatula and cook until golden brown, then tilt pan and carefully flip. Cook an additional 3 minutes or until golden brown.
