Enchanted Arrows
The hero's attack inflicts additional Magical damage. The hero's class talents simultaneously inflict Physical and Magical damage.

Flurry Strike
The hero draws the bow for 0.6 sec. and releases arrows in the selected direction, inflicting Physical and Magical damage on all enemies in front of the hero. Bonus: When used on native terrain deals 1.5 times more damage.

Suppressive Shots (Upgraded from Flurry Strike)
Enemies who are damaged by the Flurry Strike talent have their Speed reduced by 50% for 4 seconds.

Redeploy
The hero jumps to the selected location.
Bonus: When used on Native Terrain, this talent recharges 5 sec. more quickly.

Active Defense (Upgraded from Redeploy)
Using this talent gives the hero a defense lasting 5 sec. that absorbs damage (based on Strength and Intellect).

Positional Advantage (Upgraded from Active Defense)
When the Redeploy talent is ready to use, the hero's Agility is increased (based on Strength and Intellect).

Perfect Mark
The hero's attacks inflict additional Physical and Magical damage equal to 2% of the target's maximum Health, but not exceeding a certain amount (based on Strength and Intellect).

Decisive Shot
The hero strikes the target with the least Health, dealing Physical and Magical Damage.

Dual Shot (Upgraded from Decisive Shot)
Decisive Shot can be activated 2 times in 10 sec.

The Archer/Amazon fills the role of Ranged Carry. Her early game is not very strong due to low Attack Speed/Penetration. It is best to solo lane her in order to farm Prime as quickly as possibly. She has great escape and therefore best lanes in either Top or Bottom. You need to focus on farming up in lane before grouping for team fights. Her damage really starts to shine in the late teens/early twenties levels. Once she has a good amount of Attack Speed and Penetration she is able to shred through just about anyone, even tanks.

Using abilities:

Flurry Strike - Best to start off with this in a fight. A nice burst of damage as well as a slow. Before having such talents as Icy power, Flurry Strike is your best way of keep the target in range.

Redeploy - Save, save, save. Unless you're really confident about not getting focused down or being able to kill the target quickly, save redeploy for escapes only. This is your only way of escaping and it's a extremely powerful escape. This is because of the distance the ability puts between you and the enemy (can use it over most walls) as well as negating most abilities that were coming at you, such as stuns. You can use this for engaging but it is risky.

Decisive Shot- This is basically a finisher move. It has a very large range and focuses the lowest HP enemy. Use this when the enemy is low, but manages to get out of your range. Remember that after upgrading it, the ability can be used twice within 10 seconds.

The primary stat of the Archer/Amazon is Agility. Agility is your bread and butter, giving you both Attack Speed and Penetration. The secondary stats are Strength and Intellect. You need a decent amount of these two stats in order to have some damage with that APS/Penetration. Also, remember your passive Agility buff is increased by Strength and Intellect. Finally, you will need some Health and Life Drain. These give you the survivability that you will need as a carry.

Mastery Points:
Personally, I recommend putting everything into Agility.

Example Builds
At the time when I created this guide, Orange talents were disabled. So, I will not be including any of those in the example builds.

Beginner Build:















This is a low power build, using only blues and a few green talents. It gives you what you need but at a minimal level.


Advanced Build:















This is a higher power build, using purples. With this build, you really get to see the power of the Archer/Amazon.

Optimal Stats:
Now, you can change up either of these builds all you want. They're just examples to what you should be looking to have in your build. Here I will just put down some numbers that you should be aiming for in your stats. General guideline to your stats (Ordered by importance):

240+ Agility
200+ Strength AND Intellect
50+ Life Drain
5,000+ Health
130+ Cunning
