ok so complete the tutorial
this is self explainatory its a tutorial

spending ur money

ok buy the crafting boster packs
go to the store and there will be a crafting page buy the big one and then the medium one

crafting with ur stuff

ok this is the fun part
now craft as much stuff as u can with the stuff you got
make a bunch of workouts and then make a bunch of pennants and then make an avatar and then make a logo
if your lucky you should have enough pennants for 1-3 heros right off the bat and craft those dudes !!!!
CONGRATULATIONS YOU NOW have your own characdters that dont go away

Or you could just try them all out on practice and then buy a hero you like/want? But i guess if you don't know your playstyle or just simply want some random champions this is a good idea.

Damn I spend it directly for skins!
But fortunatley you get those crafting parts in daily mission witch is sooo easy to get!
Maybe i'll do a guide for this!
