If you have reached the surface of the Ichigaya Station and you encountered the Tin Can and Dumpster container puzzle here is how you can solve it

You need a large weapon that does splash damage on impact thus throwing the can. All you have to do is keep slamming your weapon near the Tin can and try to aim it to fall in the dumpster.
