Ninjette is good for Plunderball, Destroyer, Siege and she is not bad for Conquest too.
Plunderball Build
Badge: Unrestrained

Weapon: Baton (you can also use Spear)

Training:
Strength: Whistle 5x
Endurance: Extra Batteries 3x, Elbow Pads, Balance Ball
All-Star: Sports Drink 3x, Coffe 2x

Play it like:
-using Slip Stream to get to the Plunderball
-kill an enemy by using Grapple to get to him so he is stunned and then finish im by using Blade Flurry with its max damage and the normal attack!
Destroyer Build
Badge: Jackpot

Weapon: Twirlier (you can also use Spear)

Training:
Strength: Whistle 3x, 2x Wheight Training
Endurance: Athletic Tape 5x
All-Star: Aromatherapy 3x, Apples 2x

Play it like:
-using Slip Stream to get to an enemy
- normal attack for critical hit
- blade flurry
- grapple to stun
- then use the normal attack to finish him
