From the actual NvidiaOpenGL-Package the texturefile KillingFloorTextures.utx is f up. Do not use this file, restore original backup of this file. All other .utx in package are working. Have to check later, think i packed the wrong file into archive.
will release the next days a v2, leaving note into guide and gamebanana that one file is messed up.
I have not tested with scrn directly (nor having installed), so atm i can't test/verify to give a solution for this.
idk how invasive scrn goes into code.
the only thing i can say is, which can cause missing 3rd person view models and animation bugs is if a regular .utx file is edited manualy to a location which refers to a different .utx it works offline in solo but will cause in multiplayer strange bugs.
but these files are every for its own independent and do not refer to different .utx, so this failure can already be excluded.
