Authors note: The route has now been set to final.Thanks to everyone for the positive feedback, I can't wait to see the scenarios you come up with!

Set in the midland region around 1946, during the transition from LMS to British Railways.


This route is a teaser for a massive mainline route I've got in the works.


Whats included:

An 8 mile branchline that winds its way through rolling hills and fields.


For the requirements, see the required DLC section in the right hand side bar.

For the best experience, I recommend using the Armstrong Powerhouse Track Enhancement Pack :)

Medway Valley is what I used for the platforms, hope that helps (Doncaster works is used for the locomotive works in the main town)

I really enjoy this route, but I must ask, what DLCs are used for the platforms?, i've got every DLC except Doncaster Works, but I doubt that is what is being used for the Branchline Platforms.

I see you made a modern version of this route. As a fan of heritage railways, I do have to ask: would it be possible for you to make a heritage railway version of this route? I'm not gonna lie, I would do it myself. The only problem is I could never figure out the track-laying part of route-building

Hi, great route - good fun with a steamer! However, having trouble with the mainline station... it doesn't seem to show.... any ideas? What requirements do the platforms need?? I seem to have all that are listed...

@tabbott Sometimes turntables don't render properly, try flying away far enough for the assets to unload then fly back. It should hopefully show up.
