Size
For an exhibits size, you need to place fencing. You can do this by clicking the exhibits tab and choosing one of the many fence types! Just don't forget to place a door fro employees. The exhibits size is determined by the amount of space you use for the enclosure. Most dinos prefer 490 ft. of Exhibit. Sauropods and T.rex require 700 ft. for each dinosaur. And some small dinos will prefer either 420 ft. or 350 ft. Remember, each time you add a dinosaur, you will need more exhibit space!
Size for exhibits(five dinos in one exhibit)
Dinos that require 350 ft.:
Velociraptor
Oviraptor
Gigantspinosaurus
Dinos that require 420 ft.:
Stegosaurus
Triceratops
Wuerhosaurus
Dinos that require 490 ft.:
Ankylosaurus
Gastonia
Minmi
Animantarx
Styracosaurus
Achelousaurus
Parasaurolophus
Shantungosaurus
Lambeosaurus
Ornithomimus
Kentrosaurus
Albertosaurus
Spinosaurus
Carnotaurus
Kosmoceratops
Dinos that require 700 ft.:

Biomes
Each Dino Friend need a specific biome in their exhibit.
The biomes are
Forest
Rainforest
Taiga

Desert
Savanna
Prairie

Mud
Tundra
Alpine

Some dinos have the same biome needed for their exhibit, which means you can fit two species in the same exhibit.
Combinations:
Triceratops + Stegosaurus or Mamenchisaurus
Minmi + Animantarx
Parasaurolophus + Kentrosaurus Or Ornithomimus
Ankylosaurus + Lambeosaurus
Gastonia + Brachiosaurus
Styracosaurus + Gigantspinosaurus
Achelousaurus + Apatosaurus
Seismosaurus + Wuerhosaurus
*Carnivores cannot mix due to obvious reasons.
**Some herbivores did not have a compatible dinosaur

BioSphere:
A Biosphere is a mixture of Trees, Bushes, Rocks, Elevation, Water, And Humidity(?)
In order for you to change a biome, you must terraform(Sometimes), place a specific amount of water, or just leave it as is.
Biomes that require a specific amount of water:
Rainforest, Savanna,
Biomes that require a Specific amount of Ruggedness:
Taiga, Prairie, Tundra, Alpine
Biomes that are default(require no change)
Forest, Desert, and Mud.

Tiers
Tiers are important, they determine the realism of your exhibit. In order to gain 100% Realism in a exhibit, you must place Tier 2 Trees, bushes, and maybe even rocks. A list of tier two items here.(will be updated)
Forest:
Ancient Monkey puzzle tree
Ancient Lycopod
Desert:
Ancient Lepidodendron
Ancient Sphenopsid
Mud:
Ancient Bennettitales
Ancient Magnolia
These Tier 2 Items will grant you access to a 100% exhibit bar if you have enough of these items for your biosphere, and enough space.
This guide took me a lot of time to make, if you want me to add herd sizes, How to get a perfect park(when they fix the rating system), visitor Requirements, and/or fence strength, i will!
Herd Sizes
In Parkasaurus, dinosaurs are social creatures and need friends to play with. It is simple to figure it out. For now ALL herbivores require 4 friends of their own species to max out the social stat. Carnivores(Exception of velociraptor, who needs 4 friends.) need a female and a male to max out the stat. This is subject to change, but here you go.
ALL HERBIVORES(no exceptions yet :P)
Social MINIMUM: 4
ALL CARNIVORES(except velociraptor)
Social MINIMUM: One female and one male.
VELOCIRAPTOR: 4
Visitors
Visitors are really picky.
From what i learned, guests will ONLY go to places further in your park if they have:
Benches
Toilets
Decorations
Something of interest...
Also, higher tier dinos will attract more visitors to your park!
If you have all these requirements, lots of dinosaurs, you will have tons of money in no time!

My dinos keep saying their exhibit is too small even when I meet the size requirements. Is that just a bug? its always at 35%

Thanks for explaining! Can you possibly give us a list of requirements for the theme items?

diegomarianobarrera,
You need to place a relevant theme item (sold for 50,000) inside the exhibit, then select a theme in exhibit pane. It will then tell you what requirements must be met for each theme.

VinnyMint, I am pretty sure it means they are interacting with their parent/child (you can see in dino info who is the parent, they don't have to be biologically related).

How can I create a habitat with an Eden or prehistoric theme (i use use google translator, so sorry):steamsad:

What does it mean when a dinosaur has that reaction where it's a small and big dinosaur looking at each other?
Valdemort 16 Aug, 2020 @ 10:21pm
so dinos sharing an exhibit don't help w/ social, if they're not the same species then?

This is very helpful! I would love to learn more about herds, visitor requirements, and anything else you have learned while playing. Thanks for the guide!
