Overwatch mod maps

描述
A map from a long forgotten gem of a sourcemod "Overwatch" from 2012, cleaned up of all entities for Sandbox or any other game modes. This map was supposed to be connected to "owc_breached", which remained mostly unfinished.

Fully noded for ground and air NPCs.
