Loads of soccer balls need delivering, fast! Construct an Incredible Machine(tm) to perpetually direct the soccer balls down to the delivery line. At least four soccer balls must exit to the delivery line for the Machine(tm) to be complete.

Out of curiosity, I wondered how you set up the goal. I was right. Not many people know to use the part count to setup win conditions for items that don't exist until at runtime. You can achieve the same outcome with the cannon.
