1. Install the game.
2. In properties disable steam cloud.
3. In Documents/Korra delete the two files.
4. Start the game, it will work now.
5. After creating a new story, when you close the game, enable steam cloud again.
6. When you start the game again it will ask which save files you want to keep. Choose the newer version from pc.

I hope this works for me. I played the game like 3 times then it just crashed forever.
