It took me quite a lot of time.
Borders: I screened in-game banner and used color borders to make a new borders on avatar. They were very thin, so I was making them more thick until it was okay.
Background: I removed the white background, which was quite hard because the pic was very detailed with light colors. Then I put here the banner background and matched it.

Try it and you will see. I can send you the avatar in August.
